Regrello was founded by Aman Naimat (formerly VP of Data & Engineering at Salesforce) and specialized in agentic workflow automation for complex supply chain and business operations. Salesforce signed a definitive agreement to acquire Regrello on August 18, 2025; acquisition closed October 1, 2025. Post-acquisition, the product appeared in Salesforce's website product sub-menu as 'Agentforce Supply Chain', reflecting its initial positioning around supply chain automation. Officially launched as 'Agentforce Operations' on April 29, 2026, broadening scope from supply chain to all back-office operations across industries including manufacturing, financial services, and insurance. Automates end-to-end processes using specialized AI agents, 'digital blueprints' (single-source-of-truth process definitions), and an orchestration engine spanning disconnected systems. GA in April 2026; ecosystem integrations (Salesforce Flow sync) expected in beta May 2026.
