What it is

Nonprofit sector solution with donor management, fundraising, and program management capabilities. This is a separate product from the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) - both run as different approaches to nonprofit management on Salesforce. Renamed to Agentforce Nonprofit in December 2025 (formerly Nonprofit Cloud). "Agentforce 360 for Nonprofits" appears as umbrella/platform branding rather than the canonical product name.
