What it is

B2B ecommerce platform built natively on Salesforce Core (Lightning Platform). Unlike Commerce Cloud (Demandware-based), B2B Commerce uses Salesforce's standard data model and runs directly on the Einstein 1 Platform, enabling deep integration with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products. Supports complex B2B use cases including account hierarchies, negotiated pricing, contract pricing, quote-to-order, and buyer personas. Also serves as the foundation for D2C Commerce for brands wanting direct-to-consumer channels with the same core architecture.
