What it is

Asynchronous messaging channel embedded in web and mobile apps. Originally introduced as Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW), then renamed to Embedded Messaging, and most recently renamed to Enhanced Chat (with variants Enhanced Web Chat and Enhanced In-App Chat) in 2025 due to ongoing syllable shortage. The old name may still appear in some places until fully replaced. Not the same as the legacy Chat product (which was synchronous).
