What it is

Field service management solution built from acquired field service technology. Field Service Lightning launched in 2016 incorporating technology from previous acquisitions. ClickSoftware acquisition (2017) informed later roadmap development. Rebranded from Field Service Lightning (FSL) to Salesforce Field Service (SFS) in 2020; renamed to Agentforce Field Service in October 2025 as part of the Agentforce 360 platform launch. By April 2026, official Salesforce product and blog pages were using Agentforce Field Service and Operations, but no standalone rename announcement was located.
